Whilst we’re all for treating ourselves, National Cream Tea Day is the perfect chance to give something back. 

​

Whilst bringing people together is a big part of the day, The Cream Tea Society also want to encourage people to donate to a charity of their choice where possible. To date, Rodda’s and Tiptree, the founders of National Cream Tea Day, have helped raise over £1.4 million for charities across the UK.

 

Each year the Cream Tea Society pledges 50,000 portions of Rodda’s clotted cream and Tiptree jam to organisations nationwide to help raise money and make cream tea celebrations truly delicious.

From sharing a scone or two in the garden with your family, to organising your own bake-a-long with friends, there are lots of ways you can connect with loved ones, before sharing those images on social media and showing your delicious jam and cream creations to the nation.
